Chocolate chaffle



1/2 cup finely shredded cheese (I used mozzerella), 1 Tbsp sugar substitute (I prefer Splenda), 1 egg, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, 1 Tbsp heavy cream, unsweetened, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp Lily’s dark unsweetened chocolate chips.

I made it both ways and I prefer to add chips to the mix vs topping with them. You can also top with a cream cheese frosting using sugar substitute. This recipe will make 3 chaffles in a Dash mini waffle maker. To heat up later, just pop in the toaster!
