Air fryer Chocolate Banana muffins are so moist and delicious and the perfect treat for chocolate lovers. It’s super easy to make and comes together quickly in one bowl. It’s a double chocolate upgrade to my favorite Banana bread muffins in the Air fryer.

EQUIPMENT
- Air fryer
- Silicon muffin liner
INGREDIENTS
- 3 medium Very ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 113g (½ cup) salted butter (melted)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS

Spray silicon muffin liners with oil spray and set aside

Mash Bananas in a bowl add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract and mix to combine.

Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix to combine.

Add chocolate chips, reserve some for the top of muffins

Scoop batter into prepared muffin liners. Top off with remaining chocolate chips.

Transfer to air fryer basket

Bake at 330°F / 165°C for 14 mins or until tooth pick comes out clean.
NOTES
- No need to preheat the air fryer, however the second batch will cook at a faster time.
- Do not over fill the muffin cups or it will overflow while baking.
