One Weight Watcher Point Mozzarella Sticks

  • Air Fryer


  • ¾ Packet Shake n Bake Coating
  • 1.5 tablespoon Italian Seasoning I use Mrs.Dash to avoid salt but you can use your favorite!
  • 1 Egg
  • 12 Light Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks


  • Start by cutting your string cheese sticks in half and freeze them until solid, about two hours
  • Once frozen, remove from the freezer and begin the coating process
  • Combine Shake n Bake seasoning and Italian Seasoning, set aside
  • Crack 1 egg into a separate bowl and whisk until combined
  • Dip each string cheese piece into your egg, followed by your breading mixture
  • Air Fry on 400 Degrees for 5-8 mins (Keep an eye on them so you don’t overcook and have all the cheese come out of the breading)
  • Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or simply plain
