Recipe is pretty simple:


  • 4 eggs
  • Shredded sharp cheese and mozzarella cheese (about two cups each)
  • Shredded Italian sausage
  • Diced peppers
  • Onions
  • Mushrooms
  • black and green olives
  • Canadian bacon and finally pepperoni


For a full sheet, beat 4 eggs and mix in shredded sharp cheese and mozzarella cheese (about two cups each) until thick then spread over parchment paper on pan. After that just add what you want. We normally do shredded Italian sausage, diced peppers, onions, mushrooms, black and green olives, Canadian bacon and finally pepperoni. All covered with another layer of loose cheeses. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 to 23 minutes. Cheese crust firms up nicely.
