Ingredients
- 6 12-oz Lamb chops
- 1 ½ tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 ½ tsp Dried rosemary
- 1 ½ tsp Dried thyme
- 1 ½ tsp Sea salt
- ⅜ tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, drizzle the lamb chops with olive oil. Season with rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Turn to coat evenly.
- Place the lamb chops in the air fryer in a single layer, with the pieces not touching each other, or at most minimally touching. (If your air fryer is too small, cook in two batches.) Cook for 7-8 minutes, turning at 4 minutes.
- Remove the lamb chops from the air fryer and place on a plate. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
TO STORE: Place them in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to four days.
TO FREEZE: Place the cooked and cooled chops in a ziplock bag and store them in the freezer for up to two months.
TO REHEAT: Reheat in the air fryer, oven or skillet.
