These are 2 weight watchers points each or 2 for 3???? 2 points each with 1tsp of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Yields 6 large butter worthy biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 425 degrees, line baking sheet with parchment
  2. 1 1/3 cup of High Protein Pancake Mix, I use Kodiak Buttermilk
  3. ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  4. ¾ cup fresh blueberries
  5. In a medium bowl combine milk and mix until a sticky batter forms,
  6. gently fold in blueberries. Using a 2” scoop divide batter between 6 biscuits.
  7. You’ll have enough batter for one more, your choice to make 7 or add the extra batter to each of the six biscuits on the baking sheet to make them bigger (that’s what I did) ????
  8. Bake 11-13 minutes.
  9. Let cool, add a teaspoon of a lite margarine spread.
