Ingredients
- 1 cup ice 240g
- 1 cup milk 240ml
- ½ cup brewed coffee cold, 120ml
- 4 tablespoons caramel sauce
To serve
- Caramel sauce
- Whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons crushed hard caramel candies I use Werther’s
Instructions

To crush the hard caramel candies, add a few to a ziplock bag, then crush them with a rolling pin to break them up. Set aside.

Add the ice, milk, coffee and caramel sauce to a blender and blend until not-quite-smooth.

Drizzle a little caramel sauce into the edges of the glasses (optional), and pour in the caramel frappuccino.

Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce and the crushed caramel candies.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
