Sundried Tomato Pesto Creamy Chicken

1 jar of tomato pesto
4 chicken breasts or thighs
600ml carton of thickened cream
Garlic powder (optional)
500g packet of pasta (uncooked)
Baby spinach leaves
(I added about 1 cup of milk at the end to make it more creamy)


I put the pesto on the bottom
Placed chicken breasts on top
Poured cream over
Sprinkled garlic powder
Cooked on low for 4 hours
Lightly shredded chicken
Stirred through pasta
(Added extra milk)
Cooked on low for 1 hour
Stir through spinach
