Protien deserts

2 scoops of chocolate protien
1 tsp of cocoa powder
2 tsp powdered peanut butter
4 tsp oats
1 tsp of baking powder
Separate bowl
1/2 banana
Tsp vanilla
4 tsp yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sugar free chocolate syrup
1 tsp mini chocolate chips
Eat as is or pop it in a microwave. You need to experiment with the time. I bake it in a toaster oven at 450 for 7 mnts.
I saw a comment about colories are too high. I can respect that. Eliminate the Oates, syrup and chips. You don’t really need those. It will still be delicious!
