This low carb zucchini slice is a tasty low carb interpretation of the work of art that is easy to make, tastes delicious, and is sure to become one of your favourite options in your home. WHAT IS AN EGG Keto Zucchini Slice (OR QUICHE)?

Keto Parmesan Zucchini Slices

  • 8 eggs
  • 200 g / 1 cup diced thick bacon
  • 2 medium zucchini, quartered and quadranted 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 chives, finely chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled delicious cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whole cream
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour margarine to spread in baking dish 1 tbsp ground Parmesan and cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat the broiler to 170 C / 350 F with a restricted fan. Scrub an 8×12 “/ 20-30cm skillet with a generous spread.
  • Shake the pre-set skillet to disburse the parmesan cheese and almond dinner.
  • Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the cream and the cream until they are well combined.
  • Stir in the coconut flour. Tender overlap in excess of bindings
