1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella here)
1 Tbsp Almond flour or 1 tsp coconut flour, optional (I used a combo cuz I accidentally mixed them one day )
1/2 tsp baking powder, optional
Mix together n make 2-3 mini waffles! I usually make 6-12x that recipe and keep them in fridge for sandwiches, pizza, breakfast sandwiches, dessert, etc. Just pop in toaster like an eggo There are tons of chaffle recipes on pinterest too
Chaffle pizza layers in order:
-Bacon broke into small bits
-Sprinkle any cheese (I had pepper jack)
-Low carb pizza sauce
-More cheese sprinkles
-Banana peppers, olives n pepperoni
Bake at 450 until bubbly and yummy looking. I think mine baked 10 minutes.
Then scarf them down like a crazy keto person.
Make more cuz you can’t eat just one!
