Can I Use a Blender Instead?

Yes, you can! Pour the mixture into ice cube trays, freeze it, then blend it in a high-speed blender. It won’t be as scoopable as with the Ninja Creami, but it will still taste great.


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened vegan yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest (from 1 medium lemon)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
