Pinch garlic powder
Pinch black pepper
1/8 tsp Worcestershire
Chuck roast cut in chunks (raw)
Potatoes
Carrots
Frozen green beans
Frozen peas
Onions
Pour boiling water in jar leaving 1” headspace
Place jars in pressure canner and process at 15 lbs for 90 min.
