  • 2 Keto Burger patties
  • 2 tablespoons Keto Big Mac Sauce
  • 3 Garlic Cheddar chaffles
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 1/4 cup iceberg lettuce
  • 4 dill pickles slices
  • 1/2 tablespoon onions minced
  • sesame seeds optional

Big Mac Chaffle Ingredients

  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

Keto Big Mac Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon relish
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

How to Make Big Mac Chaffles

  • Heat up your dash mini waffle maker.
  • In a small bowl mix the egg, garlic powder, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Once the dash waffle maker is heated up add in half the chaffle mixture. Cook for 4 minutes and remove. Repeat this step with the chaffle mixture two more times.

How to Make Big Mac Burger

  • Preheat a pan over medium heat. Divided the beef into two chaffle sized patties, season them with salt and pepper. Cook burgers for about three minutes on each side. Top the burgers with the cheese slices and remove from the heat.

How to Make Keto Big Mac Sauce

  • In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika and set aside.

How to Assemble Keto Big Mac Burger Chaffle

  • Spread the sauce on the top of two of the chaffles.  Top the first chaffle with lettuce, onion, pickles, and burger. Repeat this again with chaffle, lettuce, onion, pickles burger, and the last chaffle.
  • You can top the last chaffle with sesame seeds if you want to.
