  • 1 lb bacon

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 diced onion

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 8 oz baby mushrooms, sliced

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a large skillet, crisp up the bacon, then remove to paper towels, and reserve three tablespoons of bacon fat.
