1 Onion chopped (speed)
1 tin Chopped Tomatoes (speed)
2 tbsp Tomato puree (free)
1 tsp Paprika (free)
0.5 tsp Onion powder (free)
0.5 tsp Garlic powder (free)
0.5 tsp Mustard powder
Salt & Pepper (free)
0.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (free)
1 tbsp Sweetener (free)
300 g Penne pasta (free)
960 ml Chicken stock (free)
2-3 tbsp Chopped Pickles (speed)
120 g Low fat Cheddar (both healthy A)
6 rashers Bacon fat cut off (free)
Feeds 6-8 or in my case me and my freezer lol
Description :
I cook every thing first as I like to make sure the pasta is cooked..
So cook pasta separately while cooking the mince and all the other ingredients
Then wack the cheese on top followed by raw bacon on top and put it in the oven..
when the bacons crispy you know it’s ready.
