Ingredients
- 1 pound (450g) fresh salmon, skinless and cut into bite-sized cubes
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
 - Optional: lemon wedges and parsley for garnish
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon:
- Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
 - Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes if not already done.
 
 - Season the Salmon:
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
 - Add the salmon pieces to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the marinade.
