INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 pound bone-in pork chops, 4 chops
- 2 TBSP oil
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- preheat the air fryer at 400˚ for 5 minutes
- pat pork chops dry
- put oil in shallow bowl or pan
- mix the remaining ingredients together
- dip each chop in the oil
- the rub over with the spice mixture
- place in the air fryer basket
- cook at 390˚ for cook for 5-8 minutes
- or until a meat thermometer reads 145°
- once it hits 145˚ brush the tops with half the barbecue sauce
- cook 1-2 minutes, flip and brush with the remaining barbecue sauce, cook again for 1-2 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165˚
