Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
    • In a separate bowl, mix the milk, oil (or melted butter), egg, and vanilla extract.
    • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth and lump-free.
