Air Fryer Broccoli full recipe
Ingredients
- 500 g of broccoli (fresh, cut into florets)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 200 °C (400 °F) for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the Broccoli:
- Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Season the Broccoli:
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder (or minced garlic), salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Air Fry the Broccoli:
- Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches if your air fryer is small.
