Slimming World Pizza Recipe – Low in Points, High in Flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 x 400g Tins Chopped Tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree

  • ½ tsp Dried Basil

  • ½ Onion (Peeled, finely diced)

  • 1 Garlic Clove (Crushed)

  • ¼ tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp Paprika

  • Pinch Black Pepper

  • 500g Packet Wholemeal Bread Mix (60g made up is Healthy Extra B)

  • 70g Mozzarella, reduced fat/light (Shredded)

  • Warm Water

  • Frylight/Low-calorie cooking spray

Directions

  • Pizza Sauce
    Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan, cover, and simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then blend until smooth in a food processor.
  • Rest of the Pizza
    Prepare bread mix as per packet instructions; knead for 5-6 minutes on a lightly dusted surface.
    Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan/Gas 4.
    Let the dough rise in a warm place for around 30 minutes until doubled in size.
    Knead the dough for another 5 minutes, then divide into 60g portions.
    Roll out the pizza dough to the desired thickness and shape on a lightly dusted surface.
    Spritz a baking pan with Frylight, place the pizza on it, and spray the top generously.
    Bake for approximately 7-8 minutes.
    Top with tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, and your preferred toppings. Pre-cook any meat.
    Bake for an additional 8-9 minutes before serving.
