So I’ve been criticized about the amount of oil I use in this recipe this recipe is some thing we’ve been making in my family for generations and every ingredient in it is basically according to taste however you decide to make it I hope you enjoy it
1/4 cup EVOO(according to taste)
3/4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp Red pepper
1 tsp Black pepper
1 can Cannellini beans + liquid if using canned
1/2 cup Parsley
1/2 box of pasta ( ditalini or pipette)
2/3 scoops of Pasta water( depending on how thick you like it you can use more)
Locatelli cheese
