Air Fryer Cauliflower so easy full recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower (about 500-600 g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 200 °C (400 °F) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Cauliflower:
    • Wash the cauliflower and remove the leaves and stem. Cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. Season the Cauliflower:
    • In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
    • Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
  4. Air Fry the Cauliflower:
    • Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches if your air fryer is small.
    • Air fry at 200 °C (400 °F) for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Check for Doneness:
    • The cauliflower should be tender and golden brown. Adjust the cooking time as needed based on your desired level of crispness. If you want it more charred, you can add a few extra minutes.
  6. Serve:
    • Once done, remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving bowl.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired, and serve hot.

Total Time

  • Preparation: 10 minutes
  • Cooking: 10-15 minutes
  • Total: About 20-25 minutes

Enjoy your delicious air fryer cauliflower!
